Tuff Start Rescue was started in 2011 at St. Francis Veterinary Clinic. We rescue dogs and cats that would otherwise be euthanized due to full pounds, health problems, financial constraints, or just for being a stray or feral (cat). We are a nonprofit organization and rely solely on donations to care for these animals and to give them a second chance at the life they deserve. We have rescued and adopted hundreds of animals!
